- Spasmodic work patterns

The Daring Way™ 8 Week Group Series:
The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. This method was designed to work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. GROUPS:
Life Transitional topics are individually defined and explored in a Group setting. Interested individuals are encouraged to call. Groups are limited to 6 and will be held for 120 minutes. Life Transition Groups will be open ended.
INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING:
One on one session are confidential and held in a private office setting they are usually an hour in length. Sessions can be billed to most insurance companies or private pay.
COUPLES COUNSELING:
Sessions with couples, Couples explore various resources available to enhance communication, learn new skills to improve relationships.
LIFE AND EXECUTIVE COACHING:
Coaching sessions are ongoing relationships which focus on the client taking action toward reaching their personal or vocational goals. Coaching sessions are scheduled either for one to one contact or over the telephone, half hour sessions can be scheduled three to four times per month with unlimited e-mail correspondence.
